About Penny
Penny and her mom, Pam, live in a small trailer by the river. While Pam binges at the salon, Penny quietly goes about her chores in the dark, stuffy room she's forced to call home. Shy and humble, she doesn't have any big life ambitions other than settling down and starting a family. She enjoys cooking and reading at the local library.Her birthday is in autumn 2.
Penny's timeline
Penny can usually be found around town reading or cleaning in the trailer she shares with Pam. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, she tutors Jace and Vincent at the museum before sending them home. She is not tutoring in the summer. Many Saturdays in the spring and fall, she would take them to the town playground. Penny can be found in her trailer when it's raining, or she can visit the museum for a selection of books. On the 4th of winter, she has a dating clinic.

Pam eventually lets you go and they continue discussing their lives privately. Pam admits to being embarrassed by asking strangers to clean her house. The next day, you get an apology letter from Penny.
Note that this event will not fire if the player has purchased a community upgrade.

If you choose to have Penny redecorate, she says she won't touch any of your boxes, but asks you to move them out of the room. Wake up in the morning after 3 days and the bedroom will be redecorated in the style you choose.

After getting married, Penny would move into the farmhouse. Like the other suitors, she will add her own room to the right of the bedroom. She also creates a small garden behind the farmhouse, where she sometimes reads. She will continue to work at the museum and will be in town on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
On a rainy morning, Penny might offer you Big Milk Eggs, Mixed Seeds, or Geode. On the mornings when Penny is indoors all day, she might serve you an omelet, hash browns or pancakes for breakfast. On a rainy night, she might offer you dinner: salmon dinner, crispy bread, fried eel, surprise carp or vegetable platter.
