Stardew Valley: Community Center Seasonal Items Guide - (1)

vonJames

Have you ever been working on finishing the community center and caught yourself thinking, “Damn! I forgot that eels are available in spring, now I have to wait until a rainy day in autumn to catch one. I hope I'll remember when the time comes.” If so, this is the guide for you! If you're in a hurry to get the community center up and running within the first year, I'll have your back. This guide contains all the required items that are specific to the season. This means that the Boiler Room and Bulletin Board are mostly *not* included, as these items are (again mostly) not tied to a season. If an article is pressed for time, you can find it here. If you're looking for a complete community center guide, I'll link it here. I made this guide mainly for myself as the items keeping me from completing them are usually exclusive to a season lol.

Spring Grain (The Pantry)

Quality cultures: 5/15 available

Stardew Valley: Community Center Seasonal Items Guide - (2)parsnips:5Gold quality parsnips

  • I recommend you to use simple fertilizer, you can use it after reaching farming level 1 and it is easy to craft (just 2 juice). Use liberally and plant LOTS of parsnips. Parsnips are ready in 4 days, so getting them shouldn't be too difficult.

Spring crops: 4/4 available

only one of the following plants is required:

  • Parsnips (4 days growing phase)
  • Green bean (10 days to first harvest)
  • Cauliflower (12 days growth phase)
  • Potato (6 day growing season)

Fruit Trees and the Artisan Bundle:

The Artisan Pack requires 6 items with a choice of 12 items to submit. There are 6 fruiting options from fruit trees that take a full season (28 days) to mature. Spring fruit trees (apricot and cherry) do not have enough time to mature at the end of the season. Fruit can also be found in the farm cave if you opt for the fruit bats. However, if you decide to go for the mushroom cave, I recommend the following:

  • Orange and peach trees:Plant in the last week of spring at the latest.Orange trees cost 4,000g. Peach trees cost 6,000g. Trees can be expensive initially, so your summer fruit tree harvests may be limited as your trees will be maturing for most of the summer.
Apple and pomegranate trees:Plant the first summer.Apple trees cost 4,000g. Pomegranate trees cost 6,000g. In addition to the artisan bundle, 3 apples are required for the food bundle and a pomegranate for the enchanter bundle.
