We all know that being small has its own pros and cons, and that height is no longer a requirement for people who want to make it big in the entertainment industry.

In fact, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that some of the biggest names in business today are short. While they certainly didn't affect their careers because of their brevity, they instead helped create the perception that height can't stop someone from achieving their desired goals.

Times have indeed changed, as has the perception that once required male performers to be taller than their female counterparts; especially in the movies. So, we bring you a group of tiny celebrities who have proven that height has very little to do with professional success.

Believe it or not, we're adding prominent figures from the entertainment world who are under 5ft 5in tall. However, we would also like to mention that our list has been compiled on the basis of the height of the mentioned entertainers, the tallest among them is placed at the bottom and the shortest at the top.

So the rankings have absolutely nothing to do with the popularity of the performers.

50. Michael J. Fox - 5'4¼"

Most of us who love cinema have seen the hugely successful and famous Back to the Future film series and are therefore familiar with Michael J. Fox.
